Testing of medication and diet
About a third of all patients with epilepsy do not experience freedom of epileptical seizures by using one single or several antiepileptica, and some of these patients do experience frequent and invalidating seizures. The Danish Epilepsy Centre participates in testing new antiepileptica and other methods of treatment, especially the ketogen diet.
