SUDEP
SUDEP - sudden unexpected death in epilepsy, though a rare event, it is a real risk, especially in patients with unsufficiently treated epilepsy with frequent seizures. By reviewing the files of more than 3000 children registered in The Danish Epilepsy Centre we found that 36 children have died. Death certificates will be investigated and numbers of certain, possible, and non-SUDEP  deaths will be evaluated.
